Samuel is a CCM/Pop artist whose songs go past the surface and focus on bringing people closer to God. He writes songs with deep emotion to help people from all walks of life. He has emphasized that moving forward, his music will likely be defined as many different genres, and not every song will “have a chorus of hallelujahs”. However, his purpose and “why” behind his artistry will always remain the same, to help reach and expand the kingdom of God. Though the way he chooses to display his music may be different than a typical Pop or Christian artist, he is choosing to pave his own path that God has set before him.
